This was the first 2 hr. Lesson and only 3 students were in the first half. This was a big curveball and we had to think on the spot. The 1st half of the class was new material and only 3 students got to learn it, so might have to teach it again. The 2nd half was review and the whole class was there.   

This time when students shared photos, they knew what to say because we had prepared better more directed questions for them. I think that the use of the 1 or 2 check in is overdone. Not all students respond this way. I think it should be used in more specific moments.
